Measurement Technologies & Supply (MTS) goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase in 14 days, please call MTS at (313) 640-8080 for an RMA number. Upon receiving an RMA number, you can ship the unit back to MTS at your expense. Once MTS inspects the item, a written determination of the status of the return will be emailed to the customer. If MTS determines that it is in new condition, we will issue a full credit for the original purchase price. However, if MTS determines that the product was used or cannot be sold as new due to customer negligence, then the product will be shipped back to the customer. In addition, if the unit is a special order item per our order acknowledgement, the customer may not return the item.
